Overview In this role you support EPC and construction management teams to drive safety, quality, schedule adherence, and cost control across diverse projects. You will help coordinate contracts, procurement, documentation, and field activities while interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders. The position offers exposure to multiple industries and a broad scope of project execution responsibilities, contributing to risk management, planning, and turnover. This is a hands-on role with a focus on collaboration, process compliance, and delivering on project milestones.
Responsibilities- Support day-to-day management of safety, quality, schedule, and cost control on EPC and construction projects
- Assist in development and implementation of project execution plans, QA plans, safety plans, and procurement plans
- Contribute to negotiation and execution of contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
- Prepare and manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and records
- Support cost reporting, scheduling, WBS, project setup and closeout, and field progress tracking
- Coordinate permits, pre-qualification, and bidder registration
- Assist with turnover documentation, records retention, warranty, and closeout processes
- Analyze labor rates, craft classifications, and staffing to manage budgets and productivity
- Support invoicing, insurance, licenses, and regulatory compliance
- Facilitate materials management, inventory control, and site logistics
- Collaborate with subs, site managers, and superintendents to ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment
- Support safety, quality, progress, and financial audits and assessments
- Assist with development of project labor agreements and onboarding of craft supervision
- Maintain documentation systems and ensure policy compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years relevant construction experience
- Excellent computer and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Applicable experience in aviation, commercial, energy, government, manufacturing, oil & gas, process, transmission & distribution, transportation, or water industries preferred
- Basic understanding of GAAP
