Overview

As Lead, HR Business Partner you will partner with designated client groups in the Intel & Cyber sector to drive performance through strategic HR collaboration, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness. You will shape culture and enable workforce decisions across a cleared population in a matrixed environment, working closely with leaders and Centers of Excellence. You'll leverage workforce data to inform recommendations and lead HR initiatives that support business priorities. This role offers cross-functional impact within a portfolio of roughly $250M in annual revenue and requires ability to obtain US government clearance.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HRBP for designated client groups within the Intel & Cyber sector
  • Support Microelectronics Division, Tactical Products, and Force Protection on strategic and day-to-day HR matters
  • Provide data analysis and HR project management support for sector initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to drive talent actions, workforce planning, and succession planning for a cleared workforce
  • Support an integrated, cross-functional program leadership team with aligned HR strategies
  • Provide matrixed HRBP support across a broad functional population for $250M revenue
  • Collaborate with leaders, HRBPs, and Centers of Excellence to implement initiatives
  • Coach leaders on addressing human and operational aspects of the work environment
  • Drive talent solutions in acquisition, development, engagement, retention, and succession planning
  • Utilize workforce data, insights, and trends to inform recommendations and lead HR projects
  • Up to 10% travel
  • Ability to obtain US government clearance
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of relevant experience
