Overview In this role you will serve as a strategic partner to the Global Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness. You will lead and develop a team of People Business Partners, shaping organization design and talent management to meet shifting commercial needs. You will leverage data and AI-enabled tools to generate insights, influence decisions, and improve outcomes. Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to commercial client groups and deliver People programs to meet commercial objectives
- Lead and manage a team of People Business Partners delivering timely People support
- Lead organization design and talent management initiatives to create efficient structures aligned to business demands
- Use data analytics to uncover talent and business trends informing People priorities
- Promote AI-enabled ways of working (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) to accelerate analysis and leadership communication
- Offer simple, creative insights that challenge thinking and connect decisions to business outcomes
- Advise leaders on organization design, development, and change leadership
- Act as trusted advisor to employees and leaders on People matters
- Coach leaders to build leadership capabilities and culture of followership
- Support key People processes (performance management, calibration, succession, compensation) and cross-functional People projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- At least 12 years in a Senior Business Partner role, with 10 years in a leadership position
- Experience in a global matrix organization
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI)
- Knowledge of HRIS (Workday preferred)
- Strong business judgment and understanding of strategy and market needs
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) to enhance performance
- Data-driven with ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize insights
- Innovative mindset with willingness to challenge the status quo
- Experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness/design, change management, and coaching
- Proven ability to influence leaders and employees and strong communication and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
