Overview In this role, you will own and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud to support Opportunity-to-Cash processes. Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud support, troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets with root-cause fixes
- Manage user provisioning, profiles, and permission sets in line with best practices
- Perform data imports, updates, and cleanups using Data Loader and Inspector
- Handle deployments and environment refreshes with Gearset or Copado for repeatable, high-quality releases
- Administer and improve Revenue Cloud features (Bundles, Configuration Attributes, Price Rules, Advanced Approvals)
- Own end-to-end O2C processes across opportunity, quote, order, contract, and billing stages
- Troubleshoot quoting, configuration, and QCP logic issues
- Align Revenue Cloud configurations with downstream processes like order management and renewals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, Product, and Engineering to gather requirements and implement improvements
- Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements to drive scalability and business value
Key requirements- 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- 1+ year hands-on Revenue Cloud administration
- Deep understanding of Revenue Cloud architecture (Advanced Approvals, Bundles, Rules, QCP)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Billing and revenue operations (desirable)
- Experience with sandbox management, deployments, and CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado)
- Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud skills (custom objects, flows, validation rules, profiles/permission sets)
- Proficiency with SOQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Data Loading tools
- Experience with Conga Composer (Document Generation)
- Comfortable with transactional data between Salesforce and external billing/ERP systems
- Certifications preferred: Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Revenue Cloud Specialist, Admin/Advanced Admin; Conga Composer certification is a plus
