Overview In this role you will act as Owner Agent to provide construction management and inspection services for diverse projects, including transit facilities, with emphasis on on-time, on-budget delivery and safety/quality standards. You will oversee multiple projects, lead client meetings, and coordinate field teams. You'll drive constructability reviews, risk management, and QA/QC plans while shaping SOPs and value engineering. This is a chance to influence transportation and infrastructure in the Seattle area within a mission-driven, safety-focused firm.

Responsibilities- Conduct and document project meetings with clients
- Manage construction field personnel and teaming partners
- Negotiate and approve construction change orders
- Respond to RFIs
- Prepare proposals and presentations
- Plan and monitor project schedules and budgets
- Prepare and issue reports and correspondence
- Approve quantities for payment
- Approve construction payment applications
- Resolve technical issues
- Perform constructability reviews and value engineering
- Lead risk management assessments
- Prepare and monitor Quality Control and Assurance Plans
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures
Key requirements- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- PE licensed in the State of Washington
- Experience as a Resident Engineer on transit and rail and highways
- 10+ years' experience
- Good oral and written communication skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
