Overview As Principal/Partner, you will lead the forensic accounting and litigation support practice, guiding complex investigations and client engagements. You'll develop new business, manage client relationships, and mentor staff while contributing to thought leadership and technology initiatives. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong client-facing leadership, with a clear path to partnership. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver expert testimony and actionable findings that support clients' outcomes. Responsibilities- Supervise engagements and special projects
- Oversee all aspects of client engagement
- Document and maintain all aspects of the work product
- Drive new business in forensic services and/or litigation support
- Initiate business development activities and build a circle of influence
- Meet revenue targets (min $750K-$1M year 1, $2M+ by year 3)
- Expand services to existing clients
- Lead departmental training for associates and foster continuous learning
- Coach, mentor and develop staff
- Assist in recruiting and professional development programs
Key requirements- Bachelor in Accounting
- CPA or other applicable license
- 10+ years in Forensic Accounting and/or Litigation Support
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Proven experience acquiring new clients and growing a book of business
- Broad knowledge in litigation/expert services
