Overview In this role you will oversee field operations in marine construction, coordinating schedules and resources to support safe, efficient project delivery. You will ensure safety processes, QA/QC, and as-built documentation are completed while collaborating with the Project Manager and Foremen. You'll contribute to developing trade staff and maintaining clear client communication. This position offers exposure to dredging, diving, and dock- and dam-related projects within a family-owned, growth-focused contractor. You drive reliable execution that supports broader sustainability and community impact.

Responsibilities- Coordinate schedules and resources for field operations
- Communicate project scope to Foremen
- Ensure safety processes (JSAs, inspections) are completed
- Attend client meetings
- Manage materials and tooling needs
- Verify daily QA/QC and as-built documentation
- Review time and field reports
- Collaborate with Project Manager
- Develop Foremen and trade staff
- Contribute to efficient, safe, and consistent project execution
Key requirements- Marine Construction Experience (8-10 years)
- Hydraulic DredgingExperience (8+ years); Environmental Dredging a plus
- Foreman experience (3+ years)
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects
