Overview In this role you drive financial analysis and valuation for Pattern Energy's operating asset portfolio, supporting transaction execution and portfolio optimization across a defined region. You will manage asset tracking tools, financial reporting, and compliance while coordinating a cross-functional team. You'll lead or support financing, restructurings, and negotiations, building external lender and partner relationships. This is a hands-on role that blends analytical rigor with strategic transaction support to maximize asset value and performance.

Responsibilities- Oversee operating asset financial models
- Oversee asset financial performance, reporting, and compliance
- Lead cross-functional team coordination for asset optimization initiatives
- Provide transaction leadership and financial support for term conversions, refinancings, and asset optimizations (e.g., PPA renegotiation, re-powers, tax equity buyouts)
- Maintain external financing and partner relationships
- Develop and deliver internal and external presentations on asset performance and opportunities
- Support due diligence and coordination for financing and restructuring transactions
Key requirements- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in asset valuation and modelling
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial structuring techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and think strategically about markets and asset value optimization
