• Provide expert legal advice on real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
• Manage and oversee real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to facilitate new business opportunities
• Lead negotiations and draft legal documents related to real estate transactions
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments to advise clients effectively

• Jurisdictional license to practice law
• 7+ years of experience in real estate law and transactions
• Portable book of $500k+
