Overview Senior Architect / Project Manager at Stantec Seattle leads the Indo-Pacific delivery hub for NAVFAC and USACE contracts. Responsibilities- Deliver quality design and construction documentation
- Develop project management, execution, and communications plans
- Lead life-cycle project direction, ensuring budget, schedule, and design intent compliance
- Manage project finances with Earned Value Management (EVM) and monitor spend
- Maintain client relations and lead stakeholder meetings
- Oversee design development and building documentation in Revit/AutoCAD
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and lead high-performing teams
- Coordinate with internal/external teams, manage changes and payments, and handle contract negotiations
- Direct project staffing, invoicing, and collections
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental requirements
- Lead pursuit activities: strategy, proposals, presentations and client interviews
- Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across disciplines
- Delivery of integrated design for DoD design-build and design-bid-build projects
- Ensure quality control of design documents and construction administration
Key requirements- United States-registered architect; WA licensure preferred
- 15+ years of project management experience in AE and Design-Build
- DoD/ NAVFAC and USACE experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience with UFC and AE project management
- Ability to travel regionally
- Experience with design delivery methods and construction documentation
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Projects; Revit and BIM management preferred
