Overview As Principal Compensation Analyst, you will shape global total rewards strategies that attract, engage, and retain talent while driving business results. You'll partner with HR, Finance, Legal and leadership to design and govern competitive, equitable pay programs. Your work spans base pay, incentives, executive compensation, sales rewards, and pay equity, influencing decision-making at the highest level. This role offers strategic impact across a global scale and opportunities to introduce innovative analytics and AI-driven improvements.

Responsibilities- Lead global annual salary planning, including merit budgets, guidelines, and system configurations
- Maintain and analyze global salary structures for internal equity and market competitiveness
- Oversee global compensation surveys (e.g., Radford) and benchmark validation
- Lead job evaluation, market-pricing, and career-level alignment activities
- Design and administer annual incentive/bonus programs and sales incentive plans
- Support executive compensation design, benchmarking, and communications for leadership and Compensation Committee
- Manage STIP and LTIP programs, including data accuracy and participant communications
- Conduct pay equity reviews and regulatory compliance monitoring across markets
- Provide compensation analytics, modeling, and reporting to inform planning and leadership decisions
- Collaborate with HRIS/HR Technology on systems configuration, data integrity, and automation
- Support M&A compensation due diligence, integration, and post-deal alignment
- Develop compensation communications, tools, and training for stakeholders
- Manage external consultants and vendors; optimize processes with AI and automation
- Lead annual compensation and performance review cycles with Global HR
- Foster a collaborative, values-driven HR culture and cross-functional partnerships
- Prepare materials for Compensation Committee and senior leadership
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field; 12+ years compensation/financial analysis experience
- Independent, detail-oriented with complex data modeling abilities
- Strong knowledge of federal/state pay laws and pay equity requirements
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, advanced formulas)
- Experience with AI tools and end-to-end process improvements
- Effective communication and presentation skills; strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; discreet handling of sensitive information
- Experience with compensation systems/total rewards and vendor management
