Overview In this role you will oversee data center projects from design through construction, ensuring client goals are met. You will liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure clear communication across the project lifecycle. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, supervise documentation, and manage construction administration activities. You will use Revit and BIM 360 to coordinate in a cloud-enabled environment while ensuring code compliance. You will adapt to evolving client needs and contribute to proposals and design criteria manuals.
Responsibilities- Manage data center projects from design to completion ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Act as main point of contact for all stakeholders and maintain effective communication
- Supervise multidisciplinary project teams for coordinated execution
- Oversee drafting, modeling, and construction document production per design standards
- Lead construction administration tasks (RFIs, submittals, site visits)
- Utilize Revit and BIM 360 for project development in a cloud-shared model
- Ensure compliance with codes and standards through all phases
- Adapt to changes in project direction and guide teams through adjustments
- Assist in creating proposals and design criteria manuals
Key requirements- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.)
- minimum 8 years project management experience; 15 years preferred
- 10+ years architectural practice with fast-paced delivery
- 6+ years data center and mission-critical project experience
- 8+ years Revit production experience (data centers using BIM 360)
