Overview In this role you will support a growing professional services firm's Transaction Tax team by delivering tax advice across UK and international M&A deals. You will work with senior stakeholders and clients through the deal lifecycle, shaping structures and tax implications while developing junior team members. The position offers cross-functional collaboration, business development opportunities and a clear path for progression. Responsibilities- Deliver tax due diligence on acquisitions and disposals
- Advise on transaction structures and tax implications
- Manage client relationships and support projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with colleagues across Tax, Corporate Finance and Advisory
- Prepare and review technical reports and client deliverables
- Support business development initiatives and identify new opportunities
- Coach and develop junior team members
Key requirements- ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent) with experience in UK corporate tax or transaction tax
- Strong technical tax knowledge
