Overview In this role you will lead data center construction projects within mission-critical environments, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and compliance. You will collaborate with MEP engineers, contractors, and clients to align project goals with the company's data center and semiconductor initiatives. You will address risks, track milestones, and report progress to stakeholders, contributing to reliable, scalable data center infrastructure. This position combines hands-on project leadership with cross-functional coordination to drive successful outcomes in AWS-focused facilities.
Responsibilities- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring for data center construction projects
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the project lifecycle
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to meet objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MEP engineers, contractors, clients) to ensure alignment
- Track milestones and deliverables; provide regular stakeholder updates
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Facilitate clear communication among all project parties to ensure transparency
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
Key requirements- Bachelor in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in data centers or mission-critical environments
- Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects in industrial or semiconductor sectors
- Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure and data center operations
- Familiarity with MEP systems and construction methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
