Overview

As a VP, HR Business Advisor within the Office of the CFO, you will shape and drive the talent agenda for the aligned business areas, partnering with senior leaders to translate priorities into talent outcomes. You will influence decisions in a complex global matrix and ensure accountability for workforce strategy, performance, compensation, and organizational effectiveness. You'll diagnose issues with data and business acumen, recommending actions and leading execution with HR centers of excellence and business stakeholders. This role offers strategic impact across cross-functional teams and large-scale change, contributing to JPMorgan Chase's people-centric agenda and business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the people agenda for the aligned business area(s) with clear talent outcomes and execution plans
  • Advise senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, and re-organization, including decision support and adoption accountability
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of compensation and performance cycles with data integrity and risk control
  • Shape and drive talent and succession planning, mobilizing actions with COEs
  • Coach leaders on complex people matters with sound judgment and risk awareness
  • Use insights and analytics to craft fact-based narratives and drive measurable outcomes
  • Lead cross-LOB initiatives and large-scale change as the HRBA point person
Key requirements
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience including direct advisory work with senior leaders
  • Ability to influence senior leaders in a global, matrixed organization
  • Strong business acumen linking talent actions to business outcomes
  • Executive presence and gravitas with constructive challenging and influencing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations
  • Sound judgment and risk awareness in navigating complex employee/manager situations
