Overview As a Keyholder, you support the store leadership in daily operations while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You help drive KPI performance, implement merchandise strategies, and maintain an inviting store environment. You also perform register duties and act as Manager on Duty in management's absence, with a flexible schedule to cover holidays, nights and weekends. Responsibilities- Support management to meet company objectives and KPI targets
- Model Torrid's selling skills and deliver a consistent customer experience
- Assist with merchandise execution and maintain an inviting store environment
- Operate registers and execute upsell opportunities using product knowledge
- Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is unavailable
- Maintain a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
Key requirements- Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with team leadership and proven sales performance
