Overview

As Manager, you will advance financial reporting and technical accounting for a global client portfolio in a leading consulting environment. You will shape external financial statements, policy governance, and controls, partnering with senior leadership to ensure GAAP integrity. You'll tackle complex transactions and standards, and drive improvements across processes and platforms. This role offers visibility to executives and a meaningful impact on financial accuracy and governance within a multinational setting.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and oversee consolidated annual and quarterly financial statements for lenders, executives, and stakeholders
  • Draft and review audited financial statements and disclosures in compliance with U.S. GAAP
  • Research and assess impact of new accounting standards and complex transactions (acquisitions, leases, revenue arrangements)
  • Prepare technical accounting memoranda for leadership and auditors
  • Lead the annual external audit process and serve as primary liaison with auditors
  • Manage quarterly certification processes within Workiva and address compliance issues proactively
  • Review global monthly close submissions to ensure GAAP and policy compliance
  • Provide accounting training to regional teams and promote best practices across the organization
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to advance platform capabilities and streamline planning initiatives
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • 6-8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience including financial reporting and technical accounting
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation
  • Proven experience coordinating with external auditors
  • Prior public accounting (Big Four or national firm) strongly preferred
  • Background with multinational operations and ERP tools
  • Workiva experience a plus
