Overview In this role you will bridge design and on-site construction for large industrial projects, focusing on telecom and low-voltage work. You will coordinate design reviews, engage early contractor involvement, and shape preconstruction plans to enable safe, efficient build-out. You will work with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure complete scope coverage and constructability. This is a hands-on leadership position that drives sequencing, risk management, and cost savings in a dynamic project environment.

Responsibilities- Provide leadership to resolve design and constructability issues in drawings and specifications
- Identify schedule and cost-saving opportunities via design reuse or modularization
- Engage trade partners early in design through contractor involvement
- Coordinate cross-discipline evaluation of telecom and low-voltage construction sequencing
- Identify long-lead risks tied to site restrictions or fabrication timelines and align with schedule
- Develop and review construction bid packages based on design for contractor award
- Coordinate stakeholders for full construction WBS and scope understanding
- Review Vendor Data Requirements (VDR) submittals for constructability impacts to packages
Key requirements- Minimum 8 years in electrical engineering or 15 years in industrial construction management
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent construction experience
- General understanding of construction means, methods, codes, and standards
- Experience interpreting low voltage electrical designs for construction
