Overview In this role, you lead the Ford AI-enabled Content Supply Chain transformation, translating strategy into an executable program across multi-stakeholder ecosystems. You shape governance, operating rhythms, and delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring synchronized workstreams and measurable outcomes. You drive risk management, resource planning, and transparency to executives while enabling scalable, high-quality execution. Responsibilities- Own the integrated delivery model for the Ford Content Supply Chain transformation workstream
- Translate transformation goals into a structured program plan with milestones, owners, and risks
- Design and maintain the program operating system (cadence, governance, reporting, escalation)
- Coordinate across Ford, WPP, and partners to avoid silos and ensure sequencing
- Lead orchestration of all CSC workstreams with clear ownership and success measures
- Manage governance, templates, and repeatable processes for clear documentation and reporting
- Oversee resource planning, capacity constraints, and cross-functional staffing
- Monitor delivery health, risks, and dependencies; intervene as needed
- Guide delivery across Martech and content ecosystem (Adobe, Salesforce, DAM, AI tools) ensuring feasibility and business value
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and executive updates; maintain transparency across workstreams
- Create and maintain program documentation, roadmaps, risk logs, and executive summaries
- Enable transformation enablement, turning design into activated, scalable practices
Key requirements- Senior program delivery, transformation, operations, or delivery management experience across complex environments
- Proven ability to manage large, multi-workstream programs with multiple stakeholders and platforms
- Strong governance, risk, financial tracking, and executive reporting capabilities
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans and operating models
- Business-level understanding of enterprise MarTech and content ecosystems (Adobe, Salesforce, DAM, analytics)
- Experience with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, production, data, technology, analytics, and client stakeholders
- Strong financial management skills (budget, burn, resourcing, scope, forecasting)
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex stakeholder dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-ready materials
- Experience establishing new governance models and delivery systems in complex environments
