Overview

In this HR Reporting & Analytics role, you drive data-informed decisions by delivering accurate HR reports and dashboards. You'll partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to translate needs into technical insights that support workforce optimization. You will ensure data integrity and compliance while exploring automation opportunities to scale reporting. This position offers impact by shaping how people data informs policies, strategy, and broader business outcomes. Responsibilities
  • Respond to one-time and urgent data requests from HR, Finance, and leadership teams
  • Extract, clean, and analyze data from systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, Power BI, Excel)
  • Develop dashboards and scheduled reports for leaders across HR and Business Units
  • Collaborate with requestors to define success criteria and translate questions into technical specs
  • Ensure reports meet data privacy, security, and compliance standards
  • Validate data sources and perform quality assurance before delivery
  • Document ad-hoc outcomes and identify patterns for potential automation
  • Propose improvements to streamline recurring ad-hoc reporting processes
  • Stay current with reporting tools and contribute to knowledge sharing
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Data Science, or related discipline with 4 years of related experience in reporting or data analysis
  • In lieu of a degree, 6 years of related experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Excel, and basic reporting tools (e.g., Oracle HCM OTBI, BI Publisher)
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate into technical specifications
  • Experience designing and developing moderately complex reports and dashboards; basic testing and validation
  • Effective communication and collaboration with HR and business teams
  • Documentation of report development processes and data integrity
  • Proficiency in SQL, HCM tools, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Oracle, Tableau, Workday) with ability to deliver ad-hoc and recurring reports
  • Leads process improvement, automation opportunities, and training for HR staff
