Appian BPM(Architect)

In this role you will lead technology consulting and enterprise architecture initiatives, focusing on Appian-based solutions within banking and financial services. You will design and implement architectures, patterns, and integrations to deliver scalable BPM applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into proven Appian solutions and contribute to architectural governance. • Lead technology consulting and enterprise/solutions architecture initiatives
• Design, develop and oversee Appian-based modules and solutions
• Create Appian plug-ins and leverage Smart Service where applicable
• Architect integrations via Web API and SOAP/WSDL, Appian connectivity methods
• Apply best practices and methodologies (SDLC, Agile, SCRUM) to Appian implementations
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and communicate complex concepts effectively
• Support banking/financial services clients and understand regulatory/operational contexts
• Travel as needed for project delivery and client engagement

• At least 11 years of IT experience with architecture and consulting
• 8+ years of hands-on Appian experience with architecture, design, and development
• Analyst and Designer certification must
• A-Score 30+ is a definite advantage
• Experience with SAIL, Tempo, Records, CDT
• Exposure to distributed BPM integrated applications
• Experience creating Appian plug-ins; Smart Service a plus
• Design and implement Appian modules and connectivity (Web API, SOAP/WSDL)
• Strong SQL Server or Oracle experience
• Knowledge of SDLC, RUP, Agile, SCRUM
• Excellent verbal/written communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder team environment
• Experience in Banking and Financial Services
• Understanding of market and technology trends
• Willingness to travel for project delivery
