Overview In this Senior Accountant role, you will strengthen financial reporting and accounting processes within Kaizen Gaming's growing Finance team. You will ensure accurate monthly results, oversee annual audits, and optimize our ERP and reporting capabilities to support a scaling organization. You will collaborate with external auditors, regulators, and internal tax, accounts payable, and treasury teams to deliver timely insights. Responsibilities- Manage daily HQ accounting operations and deliver routine tasks
- Analyze monthly financial results to ensure accuracy per Group policies
- Coordinate the annual financial audit and oversee the process
- Collaborate with external auditors, financial institutions, regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders
- Deliver ad hoc requests and participate in special projects
- Support and optimize the ERP system, generating comprehensive financial reports
- Provide leadership with timely updates on tasks and financial results
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related Finance field
- 4+ years in financial reporting/accounting in a corporate international environment
- Experience with formal audit processes
- Excellent MS Office and especially Excel
- Good knowledge of IFRS standards
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Strong organizational, planning, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
