Responsibilities- Provide underwriting support and authorization for title insurance issuance
- Underwrite real estate title insurance using established standards
- Guide company personnel on real estate settlement services
- Issue underwriting standards and guidelines per company processes
Key requirements- 5-7 years title underwriting experience; commercial exposure preferred
- Law Degree and admitted to practice law in the state of employment
- Licensed to practice law in good standing
- Familiarity with real estate law
- Strong analytical rigor and business acumen
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
- High School Diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
