Overview In this role, you will develop causal and ML models to assess localization impact and improve member experience. You'll partner with engineers, scientists, product managers, and domain experts to shape localization strategy and scale research findings. You'll act as a strategic partner, guiding localization algo development and presenting insights to the organization. Responsibilities- Guide localization algorithm development with researchers and engineers
- Define and execute roadmaps to measure localization impact using causal inference and ML
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business leaders to scale findings
- Present research and insights to various levels of the company
- Become a regional expert on Localization Data Science and Engineering and engage regional offices
Key requirements- Proven track record in Causal Inference, ML, and AI evaluation in complex areas
- High proficiency with R, Python, SQL; experience with causal inference methods and supervised ML
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Causal Inference and Machine Learning applications
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with strong business acumen
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to own initiatives with minimal oversight
