Responsibilities- Design solution, application, and data architectures; develop feasibility studies and proofs of concept; scale software solutions
- Support IT optimization during mergers and acquisitions; reshape IT processes and organization
- Oversee implementation management including work packages, product evaluations, and QA for IT implementations
- Craft clear narratives and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences; drive client workshops and consensus
- Manage and mentor junior team members; ensure quality and promote positive experience
- Drive innovation and growth; support business development through proposals and scoping projects
Key requirements- 6+ years of technology consulting or software engineering experience; at least 3+ years in architecture
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence clients and leadership
- Ability to explain complex tech topics to senior executives; autonomous and analytical problem-solving
- Extensive expertise across cloud architectures, API/Microservices, data platforms, and GenAI technologies
- Willingness to travel to client sites; agile mindset for iterative modernization
