You will ensure disciplined costing and credible forecasting across portfolios while overseeing several projects and coaching key leaders. You will steer client relationship strategy and remove barriers to execution, shaping how projects are delivered from setup through closeout. Responsibilities- Scale performance across multiple teams by developing leaders and coaching PMs and Superintendents
- Maintain disciplined costing and credible forecasting across portfolios
- Oversee multiple projects focusing on performance, risk, staffing, and client satisfaction
- Lead client relationship strategy across a portfolio
- Support business development through client relationship development, pursuits, and interviews
- Set expectations for project setup, execution cadence, and closeout
- Remove barriers to enable high-performance execution
Key requirements- Minimum 15 years of construction project management experience
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to read and understand construction schedules
- Primavera P6 experience preferred
- LEED AP or LEED training encouraged
- Ability to work non-traditional hours
