Overview In this role you contribute to product development by maintaining a safe, organized PD lab and executing development projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to support formula creation, testing, and documentation, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. You'll build lab automation and ERP familiarity while growing sensory and shelf-life expertise. This position offers hands-on learning in a fast-moving, innovative beverage environment with clear growth potential.

Responsibilities- Maintain a clean, safe lab environment adhering to GLPs
- Lead and manage assigned admin tasks and document ownership
- Develop proficiency with lab instruments (microthermics, homogenizer, HTP processor) and analytical devices
- Process sample requests from SharePoint to lab formula, beverage creation, bottling, logging, labeling, and data entry into lab database; upload documents to ACE
- Test specifications and manage lab inventory (juices, flavors, packaging, carbonated water)
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for material requests
- Gain knowledge of ERP SAP, PD Playbook OneNote SOPs, and related testing methods
- Support developers and other lab personnel on development projects and lab functions
- Communicate professionally with customers (internal and external)
- Understand shelf-life practices (ring study, light stability, sensory evaluations) and raw material qualification
- Operate SIMS sensory testing software for site taste tests
- Develop sensory experience for career progression
