Responsibilities- Develop multi-year transformation roadmaps for government initiatives aligned with national security objectives and AWS cloud capabilities.
- Represent cross-agency programs from capture to delivery, showcasing technical architectures and data governance.
- Collaborate with senior government executives to define execution strategies for mission-critical tech initiatives.
- Own and oversee end-to-end delivery of large, multi-stream programs with detailed planning, timelines, and risk management.
- Manage resources, monitor performance, and ensure quality across classified and sensitive initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior government officials and mission owners to drive alignment and support for transformation programs.
- Foster coalition support and coordinate capture strategies for strategic opportunities.
- Coordinate with service delivery, capture, security, legal, and technical teams to ensure alignment with government requirements
Key requirements- Experience managing enterprise sales teams
- Background in Intelligence Community or federal national security agencies with knowledge of IC operations, data flows, and mission systems
- Experience with complex technology modernization programs including legacy migration, data integration, and cloud-native transformation
- Deep understanding of national security considerations and inter-agency dynamics
- Strategic experience at cabinet-level or equivalent government leadership levels
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
