Overview In this role you will manage electronic billing for the firm's e-clients, ensuring accurate and timely invoices and adherence to client guidelines. You will partner with attorneys, billing staff, and local offices to resolve issues, monitor rejections, and support budgets and accruals in a fast-paced environment. You will drive improvements in eBilling processes and maintain up-to-date client billing requirements. This position offers remote work from an GT U.S. office and exposes you to a collaborative, innovative Revenue Management team with a clear client-service focus.

Responsibilities- Onboard new clients onto eBilling platforms, including setup and maintenance in eBillingHub
- Submit electronic invoices accurately and on time according to client guidelines
- Monitor invoice status, manage rejections, reductions, and appeals to maximize recovery
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with attorneys, assistants, billing teams, and client reps
- Identify root causes of rejection codes and prevent recurrence in future bills
- Maintain client billing requirements, rules, and vendor portal settings
- Submit accruals and budgets via third-party vendor systems as required
- Coordinate workflows with local offices to ensure smooth invoice processing
- Generate and review billing reports to track submission status and client trends
- Support internal staff on procedures and client requirements
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and client standards
- Be flexible for onsite trainings, overtime, and travel as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal billing or eBilling in a law firm or professional services
- Experience with third-party eBilling platforms (e.g., Legal Tracker, BillingPoint, CounselLink, Tymetrix, or similar)
- Aderant, eBillingHub and/or Elite experience preferred
- Strong understanding of legal eBilling processes and client guidelines
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Basic understanding of AI, data privacy, accuracy, and ethical considerations; willingness to learn AI tools and incorporate them responsibly
