Overview In this role you will support the Project Management team on construction administration and project controls for AECOM Hunt projects. You will help track progress, submittals, RFIs, and cost/schedule updates, while coordinating with superintendents and trades to keep projects on time and within budget. You'll work with document and project management systems to maintain accurate information flow and support site visits and meetings. Responsibilities- Oversee construction administration tasks in collaboration with the Project Management team
- Prepare subcontractor reports to inform supervisors and clients on progress
- Participate in site visits and coordinate with the superintendent as needed
- Review and submit documents for approvals (submittals, RFIs, etc.)
- Support project managers with cost and scheduling to ensure budget adherence
- Utilize document control and project management systems to keep data up-to-date
- Attend meetings and provide task updates as required
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior internship experience in construction
- Experience on a live construction site
- Experience coordinating with multiple trades on a project
