Overview In this role you will lead the internal audit program for the North America region, partnering with multiple teams to strengthen controls and drive efficiency. You'll mentor staff, ensure policy adherence, and perform risk-based audits that support the company's governance and financial integrity. You will work under the Regional Audit Director to evaluate methodologies and deliver high-quality assurance under tight deadlines. This is an opportunity to shape internal control practices across diverse business areas.

Key requirements- BS in Accounting
- Six+ years of audit experience
- Experience with Big-4 and/or large international corporate internal audit
- Exposure to finance, process and operational audits
- Strong knowledge of risk/control frameworks (COSO, COBIT)
- Sarbanes-Oxley experience
- US GAAP/IFRS experience
- Travel up to 60%
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
