Japanese Bilingual Corporate Administrator

Overview

In this role you will support daily office operations for about 50 employees within the Corporate Administration team. You will help ensure governance, compliance, and facilities processes align with policies and regulatory requirements. You will work in Japanese and English to maintain clear communications and handle confidential information, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations and board-related support. This is an opportunity to impact corporate efficiency in a hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily general administrative and office operations
  • Assist in implementing annual administrative plans and internal procedures
  • Coordinate trade compliance and privacy-related documentation
  • Help maintain corporate insurance policies, licenses, and permits
  • Provide administrative support for Shareholders' Meetings and Board-related matters
  • Maintain corporate records and document organization
  • Coordinate facility-related matters to maintain a safe office environment
  • Support management of office security systems, access cards, and related processes
  • Assist with tracking and maintenance of leased equipment, company vehicles, mobile phones, office supplies, and office keys
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Key requirements
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or general affairs roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
