Overview

In this role you will deliver large-scale, cross-border legal work at scale, leveraging KPMG Law's technology-enabled delivery. You will collaborate with diverse teams across geographies to provide high-quality corporate and commercial law services. You'll engage in contract review, drafting, and advisory work, while expanding adjacent service offerings and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
  • Deliver large-scale multidisciplinary and multijurisdictional legal projects with a focus on technology-enabled delivery
  • Learn and integrate adjacent service offerings to expand KPMG Law's delivery model
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across experience levels and geographies
  • Draft, review, analyze, and advise on commercial and corporate law documents using KPMG technologies
  • Monitor regulatory developments to ensure contract compliance
  • Support legal managed services engagements (contract review, data extraction, lifecycle management, claims support)
  • Contribute to the broader legal community
  • Uphold integrity and professional standards in a respectful work environment
Key requirements
  • Two years of experience in reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing general commercial and corporate law documents
  • Bachelor's degree; JD or LLM with active bar license in Arizona
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; openness to AI and new legal tech
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a team
  • Solid understanding of typical contractual clauses (liability, indemnification, warranties, termination)
  • Experience in corporate governance and transactional matters with knowledge of shareholder rights, board resolutions, fiduciary duties, voting thresholds, change of control, and confidentiality
