Overview In this Construction Project Manager role, you lead project delivery from budgeting through close-out, coordinating with Owners, Architects, and subs to achieve timely, on-budget completion. You drive safety planning, procurement, and reporting while guiding a project team to excellence. You'll manage preconstruction services, bid packages, and change processes, shaping outcomes through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities- Estimate budgets and contracts (GMP/Lump Sum)
- Negotiate subcontract and material purchases
- Set up job procedures for buyout, shop drawings, and material delivery
- Maintain project schedule and reporting to management
- Supervise project team and organize management meetings
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and change orders
- Direct preconstruction services and bid packages
- Assist with business development and interviews
- Maintain quality control and warranty follow-up
- Close out projects and mitigate claims
- Collaborate with Superintendent on safety plans
- Support estimating staff and subcontractor management
Key requirements- Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent
- Drywall field construction management experience (5-8 years) with supervisory skills
