Overview In this role you will own the recurring forecast, annual operating plan, and long-range planning for assigned areas, partnering with department heads to provide insights and drive savings. You will maintain clean accounting records, prepare journal entries, and support month-end close and reporting. You work closely with the Finance team and operational partners to deliver analyses, budgets, and decision-support materials. This is a hybrid role in San Francisco, balancing on-site collaboration with remote work.

Responsibilities- Own the recurring forecast, AOP, and LRPlan for assigned areas; perform deep financial analysis and data entries (TM1) and prepare supplemental schedules and slides.
- Partner with department heads to build/review budgets with insights and savings opportunities.
- Reconcile and summarize project data from multiple sources; coordinate quarter-end close with Lucasfilm and Disney counterparts.
- Research variances between forecast and actuals; prepare journal entries and reconciliations with documentation.
- Assist in AP review for invoices/travel, ensuring data accuracy and controls; manage AR data reconciliation with Disney Controllership (SAP).
- Build financial models and generate reports for executives; support ad-hoc analyses and special projects.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including AI-enabled efficiencies in workflows; leverage internal networks.
- Support purchasing processes for budgets, coding, interfacing with Disney Procurement, and PO/invoice alignment.
- Own full fixed asset cycle for areas including budgeting, execution, and asset details; track SAP WBS structures for projects/contracts.
- Collaborate with Corporate/Technology, Company Store, and Corporate Allocation functions as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

- Experience with SAP, Oracle (ERP systems) and cloud tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, DocuSign)
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Power Query, XLookup, Pivot)
- Interest in or experience with AI tools (Gemini, Claude) to improve efficiencies
- Experience with TM1 Planning Analytics; knowledge of SAP WBS or Oracle Projects a plus
