Overview As Site Project Lead, you will support growth and profitability by leading client relationships, bid leadership, and project delivery within the PMO. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive new business, manage project performance, and mentor staff. You'll engage with municipal authorities and stakeholders to oversee infrastructure projects and ensure compliance. This role combines leadership, business development, and hands-on project management to shape high-impact programs.

Responsibilities- Manage new and existing client relationships to drive revenue and contract renewals
- Lead bid teams and coordinate proposal generation with senior management
- Present our services at client interviews and develop new business opportunities
- Provide line management, coaching, and career development for assigned staff
- Track project financials, margins, and forecasts using standard accounting tools
- Ensure timely client invoicing and follow up on accounts receivable
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and support regional business development strategies
- Oversee small project management teams on infrastructure projects and liaise with municipal authorities
- Possibly perform SOX control responsibilities where applicable
- Contribute to program management for neighbourhood infrastructure portfolios
- Deliver client presentations and collaborate with teams to generate new business
- Attend networking events and promotional opportunities
Key requirements- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in construction
- Experience managing client accounts and teams of project managers
- Relevant consulting experience and strong knowledge of the local construction market
- Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Business development experience including cross-selling
- Strong presentation, verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
- Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of the role, where applicable
