Overview In this Senior Project Manager role, you'll lead a multi-billion-dollar airport redevelopment program at O'Hare, guiding design, CMAR oversight, and cross functional stakeholders. You'll work within the onsite program management team to drive scope, risk, cost, schedule, and quality for complex terminal and concourse upgrades while operations continue. The role offers high visibility and impact in shaping a critical aviation infrastructure program. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and construction partners to deliver safe, high quality outcomes on a live project site.

Responsibilities- Manage project scope, risk, cost, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and environmental aspects for design and construction
- Oversee Value Engineering and contribute to planning, design, and construction
- Provide input on delivery methods, contracts, and execution plan
- Coordinate with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion teams
- Facilitate resolution of technical and contractual issues
- Manage designers and CMAR contracts including negotiations
- Monitor progress and report to Client on project phases
- Recommend resources and priorities to Client and ensure QA/QC standards
- Perform miscellaneous technical reviews and input to design decision tracking
Key requirements- 15+ years of experience as Project Manager or Owner's Representative on projects with minimum construction value of $500 Million
- Strong knowledge of pre-design/pre-construction, building systems, contract management, project delivery methods
- Experience on Aviation project management teams delivering major facilities, especially terminals
- CMAR project experience
- Leadership of vertical design and construction projects
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass motor vehicle background check
