Overview In this Scientist role, you will join the Integrated Biologics Profiling team to characterize monoclonal antibodies and therapeutic proteins through physicochemical analyses. You will work with cross-functional groups to support formulation and analytical studies, handling multiple project timelines with mentorship. Your work helps advance drug candidates by ensuring manufacturability properties. This is a hands-on, collaborative opportunity with impact on early biologics development.
Responsibilities- Execute analytical work using standard protein HPLC (size exclusion, reverse phase, ion exchange, affinity) and electrophoretic methods (CZE, cIEF, CE-SDS)
- Support sample and buffer preparation for formulation and analytical characterization studies
- Collaborate in a highly interdisciplinary IBP team
- Perform work semi-independently under mentorship of a functional lead
- Multi-task to support several project proteins and manage accelerated timelines
- Ensure accurate and timely data documentation
- Maintain analytical equipment and support general lab organization tasks
Key requirements- Hands-on experience in physicochemical protein analytics with emphasis on HPLC and electrophoretic methods
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and a strong team player with excellent communication
- Bachelor in Biochemistry (or related life science) with minimum 2 years of protein experience
