Overview As Product Manager, you will own data products and MDM capabilities to support commercial, managed care, government pricing, chargebacks, and downstream analytics. Responsibilities- Own and manage product roadmap and backlog for MDM and Net Revenue data products
- Elicit and document business requirements, user stories, and data-focused use cases
- Lead or support Agile ceremonies and cross-functional delivery coordination
- Maintain JIRA epics, stories, tasks, defects, and release documentation
- Define MDM requirements for HCO mastering, golden records, identity resolution, survivorship, hierarchies, relationships, and data quality rules
- Coordinate with Data Engineering and MDM on ETL/ELT, source mappings, and downstream publishing
- Translate requirements across Chargebacks, Government Pricing, PBR, UBR, contracts, claims, and reference data domains
- Support data asset enablement for datasets like 844, 867, 852, HIN, DEA, NPI, NCPDP, 340B
- Lead QA/UAT activities and ensure traceability from requirements to release
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination with engineering, analytics, and leadership
- Drive release readiness, notes, rollout communication, and post-release feedback
- Create and maintain product docs, data definitions, and training materials
Key requirements- 8+ years in product management, product owner, business analyst, or data product roles in Life Sciences or enterprise data platforms
- Hands-on backlog, roadmap, JIRA, user stories, sprint execution, and release planning experience
- Strong knowledge of MDM concepts: HCO mastering, golden records, match/merge, survivorship, hierarchies, relationships, data quality
- Experience with data engineering, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, MDM configuration, QA, and analytics teams
- Ability to define source-to-target mappings, validation, reconciliation, and data quality criteria
- Understanding of Life Sciences commercial operations, market access, government pricing, chargebacks, contracts, claims
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Strong communication skills to translate business/data concepts to cross-functional audiences
