- Manage strategic and complex projects within Legal and cross-functionally
- Provide guidance to senior leadership on legal, regulatory, compliance, or reputational risk
- Serve as an expert on highly complex legal matters across business lines
- Collaborate within Legal and with business/staff functions on risk issues
- Coordinate legal work within the team and develop junior staff
Key requirements- 7+ years of law experience
- Active State Bar membership or equivalent
