Overview In this role you will develop and execute enterprise-wide sourcing category strategies that support business priorities and drive cost and performance improvements. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage supplier relations, and negotiate terms to deliver category objectives. You'll plan competitive sourcing events, assess risks, and ensure contract compliance while guiding supplier performance and value creation. Responsibilities- Develop and implement enterprise-wide category strategies to optimize cost and operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align demands, strategy, and execution
- Perform spend analysis and should-cost modeling to maximize value
- Lead supplier performance, development, and relationship management
- Negotiate and manage contracts with key suppliers, including terms and changes
- Oversee contracting support for third-party contractor services (electric, gas, engineering)
- Develop risk management strategies and apply contract principles with Legal/Security
- Create and manage project plans and cross-functional collaboration for category initiatives
- Monitor compliance, supplier performance, and resolve disputes
- Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Five years of supply chain experience with a focus in sourcing
- Three years of contract formation experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and purchasing/sourcing systems
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and hold a valid driver's license
