Overview As Management Reporting Manager you oversee and develop the divisional accounting team, ensuring accurate monthly financials and timely reporting. You act as a bridge between operating units, accounting groups and leadership, identifying risks and driving improvements in the reporting processes. Your work supports SEC filings, external audits and the company's financial communications. You will influence GAAP-compliant reporting and partner with cross-functional teams to enable sound business decisions. This role offers impact across the organization and exposure to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities- Oversee daily work of senior and staff accountants and support recruiting and professional development
- Review financial reports and statements for accuracy and insights, including fluctuations and risks
- Prepare and review reports for Director of Financial Reporting; support special projects
- Analyze financial data using OneStream and other systems; interpret fluctuations and communicate impact to management
- Coordinate with operating units and other departments to resolve accounting issues
- Serve as main point of contact for operating units' Controllers and support SEC reporting and external audits
- Assist with preparation and review of statutory financial statements for international units as needed
- Pursue continuous improvements in the corporate and operating unit reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- BA/BS in Accounting
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years supervising employees
- CPA required
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency
