Overview As an HR Technology Specialist at Richemont, you will support the Americas HR systems landscape, focusing on Workday HCM and SAP HR to enable smooth people operations. You'll provide L2 support, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate across HR, IT, and the global HRIS team to enhance the employee and manager experience. You'll help ensure data integrity, governance, and effective integrations while staying aligned with the company's craft, innovation, and customer-centric values. You will work on impactful HR tech projects and training initiatives.

Responsibilities- Provide L2 operational support for HRIS (Workday HCM, SAP HR, Varicent, Cornerstone) including ticket resolution and data security
- Review and resolve open tickets, escalate to L3 when necessary, and support Workday/HCM setup and administration
- Assist with user access creation, management, and periodic access reviews
- Collaborate with IT Service Desk, Information Security, HR Operations, Analytics for issue resolution and improvements
- Develop understanding of data governance across Workday and downstream systems
- Participate in HRIS testing, documentation, training, and communication
- Support new HR technology projects and contribute to system enhancements and design discussions
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation for projects and changes
- Gather release information and communicate updates to the HR community
- Understand budget implications for support and evolution of HR solutions
- Attend Group meetings to learn the technology roadmap and stay informed about trends
Key requirements- 2-5 years of HR Technology L2 support experience
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM (essential)
- SAP HR modules and other HR systems experience preferred
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Master Data, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Integration, Reporting)
- Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Project management experience and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
