Overview In Roblox, you design and deploy ML solutions powering agentic search, discovery, and personalized content experiences at scale. You'll work on LLMs, VLMs, and large models to improve understanding and recommendations within Roblox's creator ecosystem. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll translate research into products that boost engagement, discovery, and growth. Responsibilities- Design and implement ML solutions for agentic search and discovery to drive content distribution
- Develop large-scale recommendation models
- Create LLMs and VLMs for visual and natural language understanding
- Balance research with practical product integration
- Collaborate with internal teams to adopt a community-first approach
- Communicate with industry and communities; act as Roblox ambassador
Key requirements- 7+ years (principal) or 4+ years (senior) of experience designing and building scalable ML solutions
- Experience with transformer-based model training, inference, and product integration
- Ability to break down product requirements into iterative deliverables
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related field
