Overview In this role you support the DOE Hanford EEOICPA program as a project lead, coordinating claims processing, data capture, and administrative tasks. You will act as the liaison between EEOICPA staff, on-site contractors, and DOE offices to ensure timely, accurate handling of claims and reporting. You'll work with cross-functional teams to maintain records, prepare cost reports, and support on-site data capture visits. This position combines compliance, administration, and program support in a high-security federal environment.

Responsibilities- Manage incoming/outgoing EEOICPA claims and verify employment data
- Support program implementation phases and coordinate with the EEOICPA Program Manager
- Prepare and review consolidated monthly cost reports for DOE-HQ
- Assist with data capture visits (on-site) and document data captures
- Escort visitors to classified meetings and ensure proper handling of sensitive information
- Review personnel records, prepare summary documents, and compile complete claim packages
- Utilize automated tools to track/report processing and scan/organize electronic files
- Develop and maintain on-site EEOICPA procedures and master documents
Key requirements- High school diploma
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain a Q clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools
- Records management experience or training
- Consecutive employment in comparable responsibilities in the past 5 years
- Experience processing EEOICPA claims or similar program knowledge (preferred)
- Strong data handling, verification, and reporting capabilities
