You will work cross-functionally with HR, Facilities, IT, and vendors to optimize space, services, and communications. You'll lead space planning, vendor performance, and events that support employee well-being and collaboration. Responsibilities- Oversee condition, maintenance, cleanliness of offices and common areas
- Coordinate with facilities teams and service providers to resolve issues
- Support health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Monitor space utilization and optimize office layouts and amenities
- Manage desk assignments and moves with stakeholders
- Oversee conference room availability and related issues
- Plan for growth, relocations, and department changes affecting space
- Manage reception, amenities, and client-facing services as applicable
- Maintain relationships with vendors and monitor performance and SLAs
- Coordinate workplace technology with IT and support user troubleshooting
Key requirements- Three+ years in workplace management or facilities management in a commercial real estate or corporate setting
- Knowledge of workplace trends and industry standards for productive environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
