Overview In this role you will design and deliver world-class training for Anduril's product suite, including Air Defense solutions, ensuring end users can effectively operate advanced hardware and software. You'll partner with engineers and product teams to translate capabilities into structured learning, validating progress with outcomes across diverse customer sites, including Hazard Zones. You'll drive adoption by surfacing user feedback and shaping training content, contributing to nationwide security initiatives. The position offers immediate ownership of material and impact on program trajectories within a fast-growing, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities- Create and manage training collateral for product capabilities and technology
- Translate product capabilities into learning objectives and content with SMEs
- Design curricula across formats (presentations, hands-on labs, computer-based training, simulations)
- Keep training materials up to date with new features
- Coordinate expeditionary delivery of training to customers
- Lead on-site training sessions at customer locations and test sites, including Hazard Zones
- Educate diverse end users on hardware and software offerings
- Collaborate across almost every Anduril team to capture product updates and support training
- Capture customer feedback and inform new product features
Key requirements- Training background with planning, development, and delivery of technical training
- Knowledge of ADDIE and adult learning theories for technical training
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including travel to Hazard Zones for extended periods
- Explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
