Overview

In this role you will serve as a pragmatic, commercially oriented legal partner to Flow's business teams, handling corporate matters and a broad range of commercial contracts. You'll support multi-entity governance and collaborate with outside counsel on regulatory and litigation aspects. The position sits within a growing legal team and may touch permitting and operational legal issues in Flow's communities. You will help align legal strategy with business goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
  • Structure, draft, review, and negotiate vendor, construction/design, events, and marketing agreements
  • Partner with business teams to align legal and business strategy
  • Maintain Florida, Delaware, and international corporate structures; draft consents, officer certificates, board resolutions, and entity org charts
  • Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation, permitting, and regulatory matters
  • Support landlord-tenant operations including lease compliance and resident disputes at property level
  • Provide general corporate, employment, and construction matter support as needed
Key requirements
  • 2-4 years' experience in general corporate, ECVC or commercial work at a top firm, or in-house at a real estate operating company, PropTech startup, or venture-backed company
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience with multi-entity corporate structures and subsidiary governance is a plus
  • Self-starter capable of managing contracts through full lifecycle
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Florida or New York
