Contracts Manager - Account Agreements

Overview

In this role you lead the Account Agreements Development within the Contracts Development & Contracts Delivery team, driving end-to-end contracting for financial arrangements and product initiatives. You will ensure language and exhibits meet operational and health insurance regulatory requirements, while coordinating with Legal, Underwriting, and leadership to deliver timely, compliant agreements. You'll oversee milestones, support new product changes, and align contracts with corporate initiatives. This is a chance to shape contract language and support transformation in healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end management and maintenance of account agreements and amendments
  • Coordinate with Legal and Underwriting to ensure all contract components follow internal protocols
  • Develop and maintain legally compliant account agreements and amendments for financial arrangements
  • Ensure binding agreements are finalized and boilerplate language amendments enable annual renewals
  • Lead big-picture requirements for annual account changes and drive milestones
  • Participate in implementing new products and corporate initiatives and assess account impact
  • Coordinate corporate and department projects to meet milestones
  • Lead with leadership on strategic direction and cross-functional initiatives
  • Mentor and motivate analysts to achieve high performance
Key requirements
  • 3-5+ years of contract administration experience including product development and implementation
  • Supervisory experience or leading cross-functional projects preferred
  • Bachelor degree level of education
  • Ability to meet aggressive timelines and align tasks with corporate priorities
  • Strong written and oral communication, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative, solution-oriented approach and team player mindset
