Overview In this Senior Applied Scientist role, you will advance science across a multidisciplinary team to reimagine Amazon's shopping experience through personalized, intent-aware recommendations. You will tackle diverse problems, from state-of-the-art LLM-based reasoning to real-time multi-task ranking, directly impacting millions of customers. You'll lead ideas from concept to launch and mentor others within the Personalization organization. This role offers ownership of high-impact AI initiatives at scale and close collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Key requirements- 3+ years of building ML models for business applications
- PhD, or Master's degree with 6+ years of applied research experience
